Week 23: AI Agents Created a Business

This week we scaled our P15 product model into full operation, demonstrating for the first time that a completely autonomous business is not only possible but live and functioning. Over the past seven days, the AI agents created and launched 10 small, discrete businesses, each serving a highly specific niche audience within the United States.

Each of these ventures was designed, deployed, and operated end-to-end by AI. From custom product creation through fulfillment, the entire cycle ran with extremely limited human intervention.

1. Ten Niche Businesses Live

The AI system targeted ten different small, underserved audiences and built standalone ventures around each. Every venture included:

  • AI-Designed Products — Unique physical products generated through image models and integrated into production pipelines.

  • Custom Product Listings — Fully generated sales pages optimized for their niche segments.

  • Ad Campaigns — Ads deployed to target audiences with highly specific creative tailored to their interests.

  • Purchase Handling — AI-driven order processing and follow-up communications with buyers.

  • Manufacturing Orders — Automated handoff to production and fulfillment via Printify, ensuring customer delivery.

2. Proof of Fully Autonomous Business

The key milestone this week is proof that a business can run from start to finish entirely through AI. What once required a founder, a team, and manual workflows has now been replicated in software. AI handled ideation, design, marketing, conversion, fulfillment, and support—completing the entire loop autonomously.

3. Unit Economics Analysis Underway

With multiple ventures now live, the focus is on deep analysis of unit economics. Each niche has its own cost structures, acquisition dynamics, and margin profiles. By studying these businesses in parallel, we gain visibility into which markets are viable and how to refine our models for sustainability.

Weekly Learnings

  • Niche markets can be profitable with AI — Extremely small audiences, often ignored because they cannot support traditional business economics, can now be served at scale with autonomous workflows.

  • Autonomy is real, not theoretical — Every step in the business cycle, from idea to fulfillment, was executed without human intervention.

  • Portfolio approach is powerful — Running multiple small ventures in parallel allows risk diversification and comparative insights across audiences.

Plan for Next Week

  • Metric Deep Dive — Conduct detailed analysis of lead costs, conversion rates, margins, and fulfillment economics for each of the 10 live ventures.

  • Portfolio Expansion — Launch additional niche-focused ventures while consolidating learnings from the first wave.

  • Product Limitation for Quality — Reduce the number of products offered per business to ensure high quality and stronger customer experiences.

  • Explore Additional Niches — Identify and test new small-market opportunities to further validate the scalability of the P15 model.
